Fees, renewals and cancellations.

Reservations, payment and plan rules are enforced by our booking platform. This page states what we know, and marks what we are still confirming.

Service fees

A service fee is added at checkout by ForActive on every class, package and product. The exact amount is being confirmed and will be published here rather than described vaguely.

Auto-renewal

All four packages are set to auto-pay. Each renews automatically at the end of its term or session count, whichever comes first:

Four-Class Package — renews after 1 month or 4 sessions
Eight-Class Package — renews after 2 months or 8 sessions
Ten Private Lessons — renews after 3 months or 10 sessions

Renewals are managed in your ForActive account.

Cancellations and refunds

The cancellation window and refund rules are set and enforced by ForActive. We are confirming the exact terms and will publish them verbatim. Until then, check the terms shown at checkout.

Class capacity and waitlists

Maximum class size is being confirmed. This website does not display “spots remaining” because we do not receive live availability from the booking platform — we would rather show nothing than show a number that might be wrong.

What this website does and does not do

This site explains the classes and links you to the right product. It does not take payment, hold reservations, store card details or manage your account. All of that happens in the ForActive app.

Analytics and privacy

We record anonymous, aggregated page views and which buttons get clicked, so we can tell which parts of this website are helping people find the right class. No personal information, no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies, and no data sold to anyone.
